...KING WITHOUT ENGINEERING DEGREE AND EARNING MORE AS THEY ARE RELATIVES OF OWNER. JOB SECURITY IS GREAT BUT THEY DONT PAY YOU A GOOD AMOUNT OF SALARY. COMPANY POLITICS IS AT ITS PEAK.

NO CAREER GROWTH, OFFICE POLITICS IS AT ITS PEAK.OTHERWISE A GOOD PLACE TO START, JOB SECURITY IS GOOD. WE DONT GET ANY OTHER BENEFITS LIKE SICK LEAVES AND OTHER LEAVES. THEY EVEN DONT PROVIDE TRAVEL EXPENSE.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
