The company is giving controls over multiple tasks to complete other than research and development, Where I utilise my full potential and innate abilities for the growth of company as well as for me to polish my skills and learning new skills and ideas. Learning control over new challenges in high pressure environment.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, due to work on old projects regularly. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to complete old regular projects, even you don't want to do. No one is there for you to listen your new ideas to develop for the company. The environment is gone like No one is going to support you when you talk about something new.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
