Hey there, I've worked with indiabulls consumer finance ltd. and will suggest others not to join this organisation not just because of this pandemic,there are many more reasons. Talking about the work experience there's not much work pressure but at the same time the management also pressurize its employees to resign otherwise they'll terminate them. In the situation of COVID-19 instead of helping us,several employees were forced to resign. The same happened with employees from other branches as well. Not expected this from an prominent organisation.

...lier as well that the management forces its employees to resign for no reason. - My fellow employees were not getting their salary on time. - Work environment is not so good. - No job security. - Those who got promoted as supervisors didn't get their promotion letter and it's been more than 10 months now. - No salary hike.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.
