Hey there, I've worked with indiabulls consumer finance ltd. and will suggest others not to join this organisation not just because of this pandemic,there are many more reasons. Talking about the work experience there's not much work pressure but at the same time the management also pressurize its employees to resign otherwise they'll terminate them. Talking about this, - I've mentioned earlier as well that the management forces its employees to resign for no reason. - My fellow employees were not getting their salary on time. - Work environment is not so good. - No job security. - Those who got promoted as supervisors didn't get their promotion letter and it's been more than 10 months now. - No salary hike.
