I am physically challenged person and faced discrimination for the same. I left job to protect my self-respect.

Not a place to work for physical challenged person. Though HR were cooperative but face discrimination at various stages(reason to left job). Can't blame an individual but indiabulls needs to improve to create a conducive environment for everyone.

Hey there, I've worked with indiabulls consumer finance ltd. and will suggest others not to join this organisation not just because of this pandemic,there are many more reasons. Talking about the work experience there's not much work pressure but at the same time the management also pressurize its employees to resign otherwise they'll terminate them. In the situation of COVID-19 instead of helping us,several employees were forced to resign. The same happened with employees from other branches as well. Talking about this, - I've mentioned earlier as well that the management forces its employees to resign for no reason. - My fellow employees were not getting their salary on time. - Work environment is not so good. - No job security. - Those who got promoted as supervisors didn't get their promotion letter and it's been more than 10 months now. - No salary hike.

Talking about this,my work was attending the calls of customers and clarify them about their loan,benefits of maintaining good relations with the company,pitching for my company,helping the customers in processing their loan.
