Time to time salary in Indiabulls company and good incentive

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. New joins are not trained on the job

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only

...portive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.
