...proud to work at Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited. as a collection officer. Because Some companies were not paying salary to their employees after the lockdown. At that time, the INDIABULLS has got all people provided full salary at the right time without deduction and this is a very big thing.❤️ I was very happy when I learned this. INDIABULLS gave 21 crore to PM Cares Fund. So I'm would like to thank you from the heart, I am very thankful to you for what you have done for us and for the country.♥️ INSHAALLAH I will pray to ALLAH No problem, trouble never came in this company.

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only

...portive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And the job security is less.
