We get the salary on time

Dislikes

1) The restriction to dont have mobile phone with us, we have to put ut in locker. Because mobile is necessary for any emergency. 2) Our juniors are getting more salary than us. 3) The Aux concept is not good. We have to select aux even if we have to go to the washroom. 4) We cannot put our head down for 5 mins also, our eyes always have to be in the computer. 5) We cannot go from one place to another to talk to our frnds even if for some time. 6) If work is completed still we have to wait to complete 10 hrs shift even if all work gets over. 7) Even if there is 2 min difference on our 10 hrs shift then it marks as half day and our salary gets deducted.

Dislikes

Everything!! Work culture. Salary part. Appraisal part. They don't pay salary on time. And my salary is pending since March 2022 and today it's Aug 2023. It was my good decision I left this company.

Good work environment. Teammates are little supportive. Company policies and salary hike are not so good, appraisals are poor. Fully non_technical (back office) work.

Lots of politics. Less salary and much more work. If your shift is for 9 hrs then you have to stay there for upto 12 hrs. No job security. Do not get respect to employees. Environment is good, but immensely taking benefits of unemployment by giving very low salary to employees. Pathetic.

...oblem to survive here. Working environment is very good. Always works in team. Salary on time. Job get easily for QCA. No politics in this company. Simple basic questions ask in interview.

Dislikes

Do not get respect to employees. Salary growth very slowly. If any employee do mistake in their work he will be fired - Not job security. Learning is not that much because it's non technical. Experience of this not works in IT technical companies and treat as freshers... No rotational shift. If I get late sometime to report office payment has been deducted but if work overtime then no bonus for that.
