Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Helping poor people through loans .

Dislikes

Worst politics found here, Indian politics will fail while comparing with their senior staffs politics. 0 skill development. Caste based staff handling .No promotions . Increment is based on year of experience only even if you become CEO. Yearly increment of upto 1000rs only. About the work life balance .. not even a single word to say .. no definite working hours except the ones working in central office .. all others has to work 24hrs for 365days. Even the casual leave and sick leave will be given based on the snake works they do .. .

Partially, Gossip, 12 to 14 hours work, seniors staffs house hold work also done by junior staffs, HRD not maintained staffs concern, transferes, lot of partiality in promotion, worst working environment, delayed salary payment etc.

Sometimes you may be away from your family if the workplace is assigned so far from your hometown. Hard Exit process. Its not a 100% NGO and at the same time, its not 100% Microfinance.
