Likes

It is one of the few LNG Terminals in India. Specially only one in eastern India

Dislikes

The HR. Inexperienced leader in Corporate HR. Site HR team has no say or they don't bother ...HR Process is unorganised and not employee centric. Knowingly or Unknowingly they trouble the employee, especially once they resign for career improvement. Inspite of the fact that they will give you 100s of reason to leave. When you need support from your boss, you will know boss is having no power to support you. You will know when you get it.
