This college is good environment for learning new technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is little high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-10 hours straight in a days . Do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from higher officials but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

In Dhaanish Ahmed college of engineering maintain good decipline and give more impotance in studies.... Students are more comfortable with the syllabus provide by the college and secure good placement

Nothing is there to discuss about dislike. I have not experienced anything bad about DACE. Teammates are very good at sharing information and work, I do receive appreciation from higher officials. that will help me to work with good mindset that brings us good working atmosphere.

Working in dhaanish ahmed really created my skills..a place where lots of academic tips were given.. Since the system was good personally enjoyed different teaching methodologies and taxonomies followed here... Best place to start
