Nothing is there to discuss about dislike. I have not experienced anything bad about DACE. Teammates are very good at sharing information and work, I do receive appreciation from higher officials. that will help me to work with good mindset that brings us good working atmosphere.

This college is good environment for learning new technology.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is little high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-10 hours straight in a days . Do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from higher officials but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. I liked the staffs who worked along with me. It was a team effort mostly.

Dislikes

We had a nagging management pestering about improving admissions. Work recognition was poor. Also the students would never heed to the classes but chit chat all the time causing irritation. The constant buzzing of students can't be stopped whatever. Faculties are the ones to be blamed finally.

Work Details

I had to take up Hostel Duty being a Hosteler. Giving out passes was a nightmare because the students would knock your door anytime. Sundays were terrible. Food in hostel was great. Taking classes was tough.
