I can rarely remeber any good experience which is not overpowered by the bad once...Sorry

Dislikes

The sense of responsibility among the mentors, humiliating the employees in the guise of giving scope to learn, non-copeerative team members at times , attitude and response of the employer towards employees' problems both in work life and social life because of work, unnecessary Interfarence of employer in employee's life, unbalance personal growth because of the unnecessary work pressure (which is created even not required actually) at times. The overall experience is terrible...The employees turnover is bigger than the organisation's annual turnover.
