... the issue and was prepared to take strict action, which made me feel supported. Regarding salary, payments are made after 5th of every month, which is clearly outlined in the company policies.

On the downside, communication can be a major issue. There were several instances where I followed policies I was familiar with, only to later discover they had changed or were different than I thought. This lack of clear communication made my job tough. Another concern is employee retention. It seems rare for employees to stay longer than a year or two either because they're let go or they become burned out. The majority of hires are fresher, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but many don't know where to turn for support when issues arise. This leads to mistakes that could have been avoided and ultimately results in negative reviews for the company.

Exposure to things but they can ask you to do anything like talk to client , to backend for a frontend engineer and other if you say no be rewdy to be kicked out. Only join if this is your one and only last option.

...you will never be taken seriously. Policies are joke can change at any instance. Delays with salary and appraisals. Lots of false promises. System that you work on is like decades old and freezes on opening basic applications. No power backups in office. Bad wifi connection. Might face wifi,power outage for long periods. Dont expect money you will be paid less than the security guard in the building. No washroom have to wait in line for that. No pay during notice period which is 2 months. You will be sick while collecting your full and final they wont give it easy you have to call like a hundred times. Forget appraisal and even if they do they will imply harsh policies with the appraisal.

*management having no common sense *salary delays every month *No one wants to stay here not even themselves. *daily disputes between higher management *zero hygiene as employees are forced to use the common washroom of the building which is used by 100s of people

*salary is never on time and they never can explain salary caculation *they don't follow their own rules in the offer letter. *zero job security. they can tell you to leave your job anytime with zero notice period. *they extremely torture the employees in the notice period and for fnf *they poke their noses into every personal issue like pregnancy or other family issues. *behavior is extremely rude towards employees *they stare at employees what employees talking to each other and every small thing like dishwashing soap kept on the wash basin through the CCTV camera *biometric doesn't work properly most of the time and at the time your salary is deducted per day

Nothing. no management in a company, Payment issues every month. The management level person always lies. when aver employee resigns the company this month employee payment clearance not done, and every month some amount is deducted on payment These details also not share with the employee. So this is a fraud company simply says. I am a reference to anyone for this company. Thank You.

The management of the company, and salary issues every month. The management level person always lies. Not a good system to work, system configuration such a low. internet speed also less. work-life balance is destroyed. I am not referencing this company to anyone.

I worked here for 3 years and never would have left if my situations would have been different. I loved working with Dexciss. I joined as a fresher, didn't know anything and was given an opportunity. From nothing to everything I am today, I give all the credit to Dexciss. It is a company that will give you all the freedom to learn and grow. Directors are easy to talk to, fun to work with. I have learnt how to be professional and be serious about my job and what my job means to customers. Working culture is very healthy, office is like a beautiful cafe with lots of positivity. People are friendly and helpful. I have made some lifetime friends here. I was appraised 6 times in my tenure of 3 years and grew from a trainee to a Team Lead

I wish the HR Head would have been better. I heard she left now.
