Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is good but as a designation salary is very poor. Work load very high Vs salary.

...nced team also getting same along with shift manager what is difference.. than.. the manager only doing extra hours for that they are giving extra salary or for skills even one year experienced manager getting only same salary I think lot of team members discontinued from this because of low salary and no benefits at last managers only handling the store even mangers too discontinue if the same continued company culture was very poor they are only looking for sale and customer benefits not for people who are working in company .. dislikes

Customer benefits and maintaing hygienely because of Audits.. and there also growth but there is no difference between growthing salary and current salary

Growth in the company is well an good but no proper increment or any appraisal

Less salary for all an no enough management to support in all the outlets On the job training is low they play on our capabilities

Work culture is good. You will be found culture like family and supportive management company policies change during lockdown pandemic.

During pandemic we were at LWP and our family depends on our salary which is only sufficient for one month. It's hard to save money in the salary and suddenly we lost the source of income.

There is I learned how to work alone in crowd. Also I gotten good skills in coffee making.

...lso no velue of employees in covid lockdown they not helped any single employee. They leaved us in creticul situation not given 30 to 50% salary like another companies. But after open lockdown they are dedicating salary till now.
