There was nothing to like about them.. Whole management was messed up .. No transperancy nothing..

Dislikes

Beware! Dev Town promised a salary structure but changed it after training, refusing to pay the base salary as agreed. No transparency at all." If you are joining dev town, please drop your thought right there.. And Co founder and founder -- First you should learn how to run any company. Don't waste their time and money who all are joining your company .. keep transperancy what all you are promising on offer letter.

Nothing, the company is in a growing stage so didn’t like much about the company

Dislikes

No work life balance, after spending my valuable Saturdays and sundays in the office I was getting a useless salary according to the Bangalores situation.Any fresher going on with this company would definitely leave within a month or two, one of the bad experiences I have ever had in my life.

Additionally, the behavior towards new employees is notably unfavorable they just only get the students from sales they don't have any credibility to give proper education to a student they are making fool with fake promises to students and their parent's.
