My close friend mentioned that it's the worst e-learning platform; if you secure a job there, your life will be challenging. The company exerts constant pressure for sales, hindering your growth. Earnings and achievements seem elusive, and timely salary payments are not guaranteed. Additionally, the behavior towards new employees isnotably unfavorable they just only get the students from sales they don't have any credibility to give proper education to a student they are making fool with fake promises to students and their parent's....Read More

Nothing to like it's a spam process. If there is any govt holiday in a week then weekoff will be cancelled. Anyhow we should work 6 days a week.

Salary is not on time, process is completely fake. Whole office nos are spam. Management just need revenue. Even after working for two months you may or may not be receiving a monthly half salary. There is no HR in company. TL will tell salary is not my responsibility and in whole office TL is only a management person. If we ask salary after working for more than a month than ask us to talk with co-founder who will not receive any calls or messages....Read More

1. My Manager [Sohel Ali Saha] is helping all time for anything. 2. Working culture good. 3. After 6 month to 1 year get promotion. 4. Salary on time. But some time it will be delayed. But within 5 days you have to get it. 5. Everyone working friendly.

DevTown has provided me a place to learn and grow at the same time. Starting as a BDA i had no idea about sales but the managers here have been very helpful in providing me with the necessary guidance and help wherever needed. The collogues here are also super friendly and helpful. The company organizes a lot of parties, gifts and recognition to us.
