Nothing to like it's a spam process. If there is any govt holiday in a week then weekoff will be cancelled. Anyhow we should work 6 days a week.

Salary is not on time, process is completely fake. Whole office nos are spam. Management just need revenue. Even after working for two months you may or may not be receiving a monthly half salary. There is no HR in company. TL will tell salary is not my responsibility and in whole office TL is only a management person. Totally fraud. I'm surprised how they are doing this openly. Where's police Law and all. They make fake promises with the students, asking money in the name of Internship from top MNC companies. After receiving the money they provide nothing. I worked for 2 months in this company and completed more then my Monthly Target but still I'm waiting for my salary. There's no office, they are doing fraud in a small house. Hiring goes on all the time here, they make the employee work for 2 months and then fire them in the name of probation and do not give them salary.

LIMITED WEEK OFFS : Currently there is only one day week off per week , but I would prefer two days off , ideally on Sunday and Monday , to maintain a better work-life balance.
