Comfort level, shows that employees engage with each another in a positive way thorughout the workday. Supportive environment. Communication is good between all. Give intiate to all the employees to present their ideas & thoughts.

my manager was not supportive. I wanted to learn but because of continuous ignorance by manager, i left job as i was not seeing any learning opportunity there.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
