The organisation is doing well. Complete the assignments in right time. Staffs get benefit time to time. HR is very keen to training and development of staff.

Getting assignments, marketing is big issue. It is difficult to compete with MNCs and bigger organisations.

THe company is open to adopt techniques and best practices inorder to uplift the poor farmers and weaker sections. I feel grateful that I was the part this NGO. Team mates and senior were quite supportive.

Career growth is slow and provide less compensation
