Work life balance is there. Time bound working hours. Good scope of learning and developing skills.Not much of problem in taking leave.

Salary structure is not as per standard. Appraisal system is also poor. Site level facilities & staff management is poor. Site management is too client proned.

No company ethics and culture, people are not treated well, there is no proper communication method, salary very poor, when you resign you have to payout the full gross amount instead of the basic part of the salary. Staffs are very egoistic. There is no empathy among staff. Very basic facility like bus transportation. No promotion or growth for years. Salary increment is after 10 years of service.

Job stress is less compared to other companies and opportunities of learning and delivering is quite appreciated.

Dislikes

They offer so much less salary compared to other companies that it becomes even harder to survive in today's expensive world. Office culture is also not good.

1. As a consultant total package of work has seen from the client atmosphere but after 45 year age these type of consultancy work is suitable

1. No career growth. 2. Last 7years without increment working 3. Very poor managements

Good Work life balance. Good company for starting engineering career. New skills learning and application towards jobs were good. Seniors are very knowledgeable and help to learn and to grow.

Dislikes

Pay packages were not good. No lucrative additional benefits so that people can stay here. HR and management were not very helpful and they can talk in a very disrespectful way.
