The HR manager and assistant HR have backgrounds that don't reflect a strong foundation in professional and educational excellence. We undergone training for 3 months in DevCare they recruited us issued offer letter and said our training will be for 1 month and we will be having 2 manager call then they will select us and also said one or two people will be rejected because of communication issues since I'm a fresher this was literally a new experience they hired us knowing that we are fresher and then we had a manager call the company only selected the experienced ones ignoring all the freshers and ignoring our communication skills and talent of speaking. If they want only experienced why should they hire us Myself and my college mates lost the job and wasted 3 months ignoring all the good opportunities. Honestly don't join in this company your talents will be buried.
