The management's reliance on nepotism is evident, as decisions are often skewed in favor of family members, leaving non-relatives feeling undervalued and overlooked. The company's structure appears to be more about catering to familial connections than fostering a fair and merit-based work environment. One major concern is the lack of consideration for employee concerns and problem-solving. The HR manager and assistant HR have backgrounds that don't reflect a strong foundation in professional and educational excellence.
