Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Politics, Poor Managment ,6 days working , Training is not providing for new joiner, work pressure, No Hike,Small office only 10 employees , Recommend to join if you fresher., Work environment is not well.

...gement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade foe chilling.aompany policies are good appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees
