...more than 5 years -10 years because of which promotions won’t be happening .salary scale is very low .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...through my college placement and joined the company after completing my diploma. They decided training period will be 6 months and after that i will prompt to Customer advisor post and salary will be 16k but they not gave any offer letter or joining letter but after 6 month they extended training from 6month to 1year and after completing 1year they neither gave us the post or salary what they promised One day we took leave after informing job controller but next day they not gave entry in company and after that threat us to blacklist from industry. We had worked daily more than general shift (8.0hr) but never got any incentive they always said target is not achieved.

Only things that is good is the brand BMW. Dealor is worst.

Worst staff. Worst senior's.Worst vp. Worst ceo. Worst people's. They will first hire you then start expecting target to be done from first month. Or if you will not complete they will start threatening you. Will start torturing you for silly reasons. They will demoralize you. They will insult you. They will make your self esteem low. All you will see is people are quitting or these people are throwing them out in sales. In just 4 months i have seen they have kicked out 50% sales staff. Even if you will see the linked in profile of company hr. You can see after 3-4 there is vacancy in there dealorship. I don't know why they hire people and fire them in 3 months. If they just have to disrespect there employees. They will not give you any leave. And not allow to leave on time.

CEO Deepak Jain. Created Hell of culture. High employee attrition ratio. It is a known fact in the industry about his behavior. Promotor seems to be blind who is concerned about only money rather least bothered about company's brand image and culture. This company will close soon.
