Time offs and health insurance and free transport 4. Good work life balance 5. You can approach anyone in the team from your directors to managing directors.

It was a horrible experience working with my team there where there was lot of trust issue along with worst situation handling by management. Team doesn't use to work for growth they use to work in order to make other team mates suffer. There was more politics in team rather that work and harmony.

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.
