The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

If you don't have any interest in developing your skills then this is the place.. Just sit back relax and keep on getting your monthly salary and at the end of the day you will sit back as a fool.

This space will go out of space with dislikes. Higher management only believes in blabbering big words and NO Action.

Good place of work with good pay pkgs ,however if you under good team and manager your hike and growth will be good, if not hikes have been worst on contrary.Work life balance is good. Overall a good place to work in.

Salary is very low compared with other companies no Salary hike no promotions only only selected people get promoted. 1% and 2% hike for year that too depends on your lead.

A lot of controls by management and pressure to follow guidelines and take additional tasks.
