Most of the indicators I feel is better than its competitors. 1. Company provides assistance for your personal and professional growth and managers do support that. 2. HR Policies 3. Time offs and health insurance and free transport 4. Good work life balance 5. You can approach anyone in the team from your directors to managing directors.

...even AVPs ) are not part of the decision making technically or functionally. 2. Compensation is something which can be worked upon. 3. Regular feedback and recognition will keep the employees motivates which is absent atm.

Except Appraisals and Yearly Bonus the company is too good to work. Good people and managers to work with. Work is appreciated. People consider your hard work and appreciate it.
