Salaries are always paid on time, and if there are any concerns or questions about payments, the management is patient and responsive. In terms of personal growth, I started with no knowledge about trading - completely new to the field. I didn't know what a trading candle was, how to analyse trades, or what real research was like. However, the company has supported me every step of the way, allowing me to learn everything from the ground up. Company just welcomes people who are open to learn and grow unlike companies who hire people just on the basis of their qualifications. I also want to highlight, Mr. Danish Aggarwal, I can not explain how much knowledge and experience he shares with us. Whenever I talk to him. my way of thinking changes like this thing could also be thought in this way. H always questions and that makes me thing and research even more. Not only the company's management but colleagues are soo supportive. The office environment is incredibly welcoming and safe and I 've never hesitated to ask questions and seek guidance. In addition, the company organizes games and activities that creates a joyful, positive atmosphere. Birthdays and festivals are celebrated with everyone involved, ensuring no one feels left out. Overall, this company has exceeded my expectations in every way and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here.

I have been working here for almost a year. As a finance focused company, Desvelado Advisory emphasizes both trading and fundamental analysis. For the first six months, we learned both areas, and after our performance review, I was assigned to the trading team. Since then, it has been a rollercoaster ride with its ups and downs. Our learning journey has been consistent, covering everything from understanding calls and puts to actual selling strategies like strangles and condor. The company is always ready to provide maximum resources to help us excel in our field. The work environment is among the best, with really cooperative colleagues and supportive senior management. The best part about the company is our boss; he truly invests in our success and supports us throughout our journey. Working at Desvelado Advisory as an associate trader has been a rewarding experience. The focus on education and teamwork makes it an ideal place for anyone looking to grow their career in trading. While there are challenges in this industry, the supportive environment and commitment to innovation make it a great place to work.

I'm an Associate Trader at Desvelado Advisory. I joined in November 2023 as an intern for 6 months and from June 2024, I have been working as a full time employee. I never thought that any company's work culture could be this good as I never had to do any overtime or something sort of that. One thing that I like the most about this company is that the environment around us is so positive and every colleague is always ready to help you whenever you need it. Last but not the least, our HR ma'am is also very helpful and is always ready to help in every situation possible. Lastly, talking about our mentor, also the owner of the company, is a man from whom I have learnt many things. He is always there to help you whether you are performing good or your performance is not up to the mark. He always motivates you and helps you to improve in whichever way he can.

To be very honest, I don't thing that anyone would have any dislikes for this company. There are very little little things that I don't think anyone should bother about.

I have 10 years of experience, and I can confidently say this is one of the best companies to work for, for several reasons. 1. Management consistently operates with compassion, valuing and recognizing hard work. 2. Office hours are 9 am to 4.30 pm ,which is much more flexible compared to other companies where the standard timing is either 9 am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm. 3.Additionally, Saturdays are off contributing to excellent work life balance. 4. The infrastructure is state-of-the-art. 5. Learning,training and mentorship opportunities are always accessible here. 6. Also Leave Policy for employees provides 2.5 days off per month along with Saturdays off supports maintaining healthy work-life balance. Anyone who does not appreciate this company likely has not truly experienced the broader job market, in my opinion.
