salary comes on time .

...e hides a lot of things from us. What facilities is the company providing to us? If we ask for anything, they say there are no facilities at all, as if they do not know how much time is left for whom during the holidays, they even ignore for the salary slip. I am the shift incharge, I have no value, I keep instigating everyone against each other, no matter how well you do the work, there is no value, they just take overtime, there are no benefits for it, they do not even provide safety PPE, they do not give priority to the local area of Bhilai, please resolve this properly.
