You get a very good learning opportunity, especially for freshers. Your peers are very helpful and co-operative. My manager (Giriprasad) was very polite and helpful towards me and encouraged me to learn a lot in my field (CAE).

Dislikes

HR and Mangement policies can be a nightmare. Don't expect a lot in terms of salary, you won't get any different figures even if you try hard to convince them. The bond which the make you sign is also a big minus.

For them, you are just a cheap labour. For fresher , salary is 12k pm. With 3 years of bond & 3 month of notice period. After 3 years , salary will be around 20k. They send you to client location all over India without any training.

Dislikes

There is nothing to liked for this company. Only top managers are getting paychecks and others are just counting peanuts.also, they have inhuman 3 month notice period. If you want to leave early, then they ask you for money. Only join this company, if you have no more options. Otherwise you will regret joining here.

* No reviews or 1 on 1 meeting for salary hikes and promotion, they fixed % for everyone wrt their exp. * Don't expect immediate FNF amounts after reliving organisation. * They will take 6 months to 1 year for FNF settlement, which you hardly earned (1 month salary+PL encash). * Strictly follows 3 months Notice period but don't expect that mush honesty/Strict in FNF (Quick action) settlement. * * * * ###Think twice before joining and resigning##

Moslty you will be working for OEM's like Mahindra(Good learning opportunity). Will provide Rent allowance if your working away from your Home branch which is pune & away from your home state.
