1. Too much micromanging. The only people who are happy are the HR, because they make sure they have job security. For HR, by HR 2. No leaderships or bad leaderships because of flat hirerarchy so not one to complaint to 3. No value for mentors. They treat you very robotic. People lack warmth. Just share automated robotic responses. No respect

I lost my internship with designer due to covid but i was never given any notice about my removal I was asked to wait for long time and when I tried to connect with them they then said that my internship is closed and made final payment.
