The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. Extremely trained team both on the ground and in office. I have learned a lot from every election campaign. The company follows a strict policy of adding quality to work rather than quantity.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high but it compensates with the bonus and holidays given after every election.

There is nothing to like her at DesignBoxed except maybe for the exposure to politics.

Everything ranging from the upper management, work environment, work life balance, salary and perks is terrible at this company. They do not value their employees and treat them very poorly.

...the seniors and the motivation by the company and the team will make you boost.. The company's working hours is Monday-Saturday and if you are working on Sunday also, they will pay you for that.. So basically you will learn and will get to experience new things everyday..

...ammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus .

Designboxed creatives is a pool of talent.Each member in themselves is a source of inspiration.The director's themselves train the ground team.As a result the team is immensely benefitted with their rich experience.The HR give enough space to come with team requirements and after careful scrutiny deliver.There are enormous benefits as the company take care of reimbursement.

Dislikes

Even after promotions to team leader positions no salary appraisal is given to employee. Though concerns are raised on the market value of a professional they fall in deaf ears.As a result new professionals donot come forward to take responsibilities.They feel betrayed even before assuming roles.
