I worked as a video editor at Design Boxed. The environment of the company is very good and helpful. I was learning more of my talent and giving me full opportunity to explore my talent. I am thankful to the management, my team and the team leader for their support. I am very inspired by the director because they are very hardworking.

Designboxed is a major point of work and a very fast growing company where the Boss is very grounded specially Gunjeet Ma'am, Environment is mellow, friendly, little bit of work pressure & over time but a person will learn to know his or her patience and skills.

Dislikes

I really hope that they appreciate for what output they are getting by the workers, because if you want your team to be strong and happy, you have to pump up them with appreciation, Value them plus salary should be according to a employee's experience and skills rest everything is good.

The work environment is open and people are friendly. Whether it's the CEO or managers they always take time to listen and guide us. There is no micromanagement though as everyone gets ownership of their work

I don't like having to work on 1st and 3rd saturdays

It is a nice place to gain knowledge and grow in the industry. There are many opportunities to learn and enhance skills.I got exposure to different areas which has helped me learn about optical consulting from all angles
