I didn't like anything about Design creation because of its terrible work environment. Only good thing about this company is the timing and no work pressure.

Dislikes

... completing 7-8 months in that office because there is no growth, no creativity. This company do fake promises about increment and misbehave if your ask for salary on time. Principle architect of this firm use abusive language if you ask for salary and will ask you to file in case you ask him to clear the due.

Such a miserable and suffocating working environment this company has. The executive Architect will keep on judging and hammering you with his ugly words (by calling you thousand times in cabin) to put you in self doubt and make you unable to believe in your work. And there is no job security, the Ex. Architect changes the staff like clothes. Such a miserable and disturbing person he is. All you will learn here is politics. Think thousand times if you are going to work here!!!

You will lose your confidence if you work here. No one here is interested in teaching you( as the show off).

Likes

The company provides growth with increasing technology. I love to work with this company due to its innovative and fast doveloping perspective. I also got experience to face clients in a team.

Dislikes

The work pressure is too much, want to face clients and work 12-14 hours a day even upto midnight. I do receive appreciation from clients but not from my managers. Managers do not value my unique strength.
