They Working culture,salary on time.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of politics with in team...upper management knows they are many wrong things happening but still management is unable to take any action on those empoyes. Dont know why management has not taken any action against them. b-coz of them who are working honestly to achieve they target are getting demotivated. People who are doing wrong things are enjoy with out any problem as they believe management is seating blindly they can do any things to gain financial benefits.

Everything. Worst culture and worst manager. Reviewing her teammates negatively for no reason. I lost my self confidence in life after meeting her. Sales and design department are doing not of internal politics and Favoritism. Leads are given to favorite people and they ask for commission internally for leads. WORST EVER.

The company is growing. Training is provided sometimes. Working environment is casual and fun.

Dislikes

... timings. No proper offs. Account nd HR departments are really poor in function. No proper salary structure. Over load of work at times without any prior notice.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive so as management. Company policies were good, but regarding appraisal u hardly get those so as Incentives, senior Team lead managers lacks experience here.

Salary hike and Incentives policies were not good. Also management some times will load more pressure upon you without even In those critical times they won't back up you.

The company process and the offerings to customer is good , Although there is hiccup in month on month changes or discontinuation it's a challenge for designers.

Dislikes

The work culture/ team . The Design manager is least bothered to have a small introduction to the team if there is any new joinee, Looks like more of ordering kind of work structure than being supportive with team . Genuinely felt there a lot of negative vibe how the 2 Design managers just talk about their own team mates so negatively and name them . As being a manager ,they on face say , please don't get any escalations to me ,I don't really think they are doing their job right .Definitely not a place for a good designer to grow and learn. I don't really understand what is with the attitude. I have never felt the AGM also welcoming. Poor communication skills ,More ignorance! A whole lot of different perspective people with very silly mindset. The HR never Address you on Mandatory Sunday working which is for a month untill there the designer closes a project. They just address it is alternative, But looks like it's a different working mode is to be followed post joining as per the manager.
