Good work environment. Teammates are supportive so as management. Company policies were good, but regarding appraisal u hardly get those so as Incentives, senior Team lead managers lacks experience here.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Salary hike and Incentives policies were not good. Also management some times will load more pressure upon you without even In those critical times they won't back up you.

I had joined as a fresher here, I totally agree that I had learnt things here with support from Team leads and Head of execution team they will support, train, encourage and guide you at the start, but EOD you have to show your talent to sustain.
