Terrible Experience.... Read it before you apply for a job here Desicca Chemicals Neither paid my salary nor they have given me an offer letter. Mr. Dilip Gorule promised me to give me an offer letter on the joining date but delayed it for a 2 week saying he is busy and postponed it for couple of days, when i asked for offer letter again he again made an excuse that he is busy and give it to me in a week. He kept delaying it for 2 weeks and i waited honestly considering it's a small firm and these could me mutually understood. after 2 weeks Mr Gorule called me for a meeting and said i am not meeting my targets ( i was in training) then when countered it saying i have already submitted the Marketing Plan and expenses to him which he supposed to do, His response to it was " i have hired you for marketing, you get me a business, without spending Single penny on Marketing - Their given target was 12 Crores. So Mr. Gorule wanted 12 crores business without spending a penny. in the meeting i noticed he was panic, uncomfortable to the fact that he has to pay me a salary. I sensed, that they cannot afford an Executive with Mid Salary Range, i could make out that he couldn't afford me, So i politely asked if he want me to leave and he said Yes to that. So i left the firm politely in 2 weeks. After that i made a request to pay me for 15 days worke i have done, to that neither i have received a response nor a compensation. I wish nobody could face such experience during tough times. Anyone wanting to join Desicca, I insist you take an offer letter first and confirm if they could offer you the salary they have offered.
