Nothing to like in this company. This is the worst company. They have Draconian Policy for their employees. HR Department is hell. Specially HR Manager. Pata nahi apne aapko kya Samjata hai. Logo ki Baddua lai Raha hai Management ke Behalf pe. Arey bhai itna bhi kya Fasa hua hai tu.

Every think about this Company. Pay Cycle. Can you imagine period from 20 to 21 of next month. I mean Aisa Pay Cycle kyu Rakha hai. Logo ko Fasa ke Rakhne ke liye. Salaries are always delayed. Now even worst delays happening. Also 3 months Notice period clause is to loot the employees by recovering moneys from employees for shorter period. This organisation might not be earning fees from their client but they are definitely earning through Notice Pay Recovery from Poor Employees. Ek Simple Advice to all those who are looking for Jobs. Just stay away from this company. Other group Companies are . Haribhakti and Co LLP, DHC and Co, Desai Haribhakti and Co, DB Desai and Associates, If you get call from any of these companies just stay away cut the calls of HR who are very rude.

The thing I liked the most was the vast experience and learning that I gained from my managers at the firm. They were people who would guide me and see that I am able to overcome the daily work challenges at client place or at office.

Maintaining work life balance sometimes become a challenge and remuneration was also nothing extra-ordinary considering the work profile. Overall, but the quality of work made for the loss of work-life balance and average remuneration packages.
