I liked that I met some good people, from whom I got to learn a lot.

Dislikes

They have rules which applies to all except few, clearly they are biased. Very quick to cut your salary if you miss even 1 day going to office out of 3 days. I was laid off without any severance. They believe in WFO but their office infra is poor, I remember facing lot of wifi issues especially. They follow shadow developer concept, where the project is assigned to one developer but someone else works on his behalf.

I liked to salary and job they offered and the initial job start but then they are very bad in providing you work culture as that is very as per company size.

Dislikes

I don't like there work culture as they treat experience employee very badly and don't want to listen anything as there working is very bad.

I will be very direct here. The training is VERY hard. Like, they need to ease it a little, for new college students they have to learn a lot of things in a small amount of time. The Friday food should have some choices, it is always the same. I feel like the entry-level salary is low. FOR THE LAST TIME, ADD A CAFE! :P

Starting months, when I get freedom to do work from anywhere. Hybrid model. Got the better people around me like Project manager and TL.

Dislikes

Later, assign to project which is been managed by micro-manager and self obsessed person. He treat you like, you are his personal slave, no hybrid, no wfh, ask about progress every 10 mins, won't listen to you at all in stand up meetings. Just try to prove everyone is not good as he. That's the reason of leaving. Not at fault of company but the single person was the reason of me leaving company.
