Because it is Government subsidised the delay of salary is the problem. The long process of paper works regarding salary makes its cause of delay.

The most enjoyable part of the job, lot of friends and a good company to work with. A good staff and chief of every section or department and of course our very kind and very down to earth boss.

The department is providing technical and non-technical training to enhance the skills and knowledge of its staff, As employee I am secured of my finances since I have my salary even at this time of crisis.

The company helps us develop our skills and knowledge in construction. The company also adopts a technologicall-oriented service in which it would be easy for us workers to do our job in line with technologies.

Office workers are always ready to lend assistance especially to the newly hired. Trainings on construction are also important to the company. They are looking forward always to the success of the projects.

Department of Public Works and Higways is my first working experience. I've been there for quite sometimes, I learned how to use typewriter, computers and miscellaneous office works. Working in DPWH is joyful, the heads were generous and friendly. I've learned all my first in working at DPWH.
