Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The people you have to work with Here are very nice.

Dislikes

No matter how hard you work for the benefit of the company, you sacrifice your time, your priority, your everything for the company. You achieve your monthly given labour target every time. But what's the point of working if the company won't see all of that. When your work time is 8 hours but you have to work 10 hours daily and you won't get paid for working extra 2 hours. and after all that they complain you about not working and not taking the job seriously. If you wanna learn stuff, the staff's here are really nice you can learn everything but if you are looking for a career, the is the worst place on earth to start a career. I'm the present body shop advisor here and the only reason I'm working here is that I'm learning stuff and the staff's here are really nice and friendly.
