One has to work as a robot here, no questions asked, no thinking out of the box, no giving opinions, just follow orders (no matter whichever designation you are working on). So if a person is happy working like this, this a best company for them.

Good culture, promotes ideas and support for new ideas is there. Ethics and rules are followed to a great extent.

6 day working, No flexibility, Pay is less compared to industry standard. Learning curve is not that great, gets stagnant after few months. Not much technology driven.

Company provide good facility for food and transport. You will get pay for over time. Very good process work that anyone can learn.

No learning at all, no skill improvement only documentation job. 10% only can learn

Work culture and salary benefits are goods , although I am not satisfied with the performance evaluation methodology in some specific dept .. Although overall experience is good

Work life balance is exactly not good , there were always the shortage of manpower respective to job load which directly affects your personal life , on the other hand if you are ready to respond for challenges if you can ignore the challenges and you can chill your life .
