Shame in this company . Pity on people who are working in the organization. These people are fit and good for nothing no one in this world should join Denken it's that worst in the parameters

Only good for Someone who wants to start a career into Hr and recommend for freshers only. Experienced has no need there.

Micromanagement they does value the capability and under-utilised the ability and no learning and lots of partiality and lack of knowledge in terms of process and work ethic.

When I was working with denken, I felt easy to develop my skills, and friendly nature in office atmosphere was so good.

Due to management changes, there are lots of things going down. Mostly like micro management. That’s the big flaws. But still there should be a good to develop skills.
