...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

salary deduction, Company owner ( Modan mohan and his wife with Anil) are very abusive, fire your any time with informing stop salary paying for 2-4 month before firing. office washroom is like local bus stop washroom no cleaning and alwaays ask to work late in nght but don't pay extra for that. never pay releaving documents and FNF amount.

As this is my second stint with D&P I had worked them around ten years ago as well D&P is a pioneer in employees' transportation business and they own more 1800 cabs so there was a scope of showing my skills and learning a lot as well. Transparency in process and ethics have always been of high level in D&P

There was a slight gap in communications with couple of senior guys other wise my experience has been good

All team r fraud and doing illegal activities. (Mr. Anil Agarwal & Ms. Nisha). They r forcefully involve in fake allegation to the employees

They are not paid salary to the employees and forcefully involve in fake business

It had a best time when i worked at Deneb and pollux... Management team and all colleague are very cooperative and helpful.

Need to improve the process of training procedure and all that... apart from this every thing is upto the mark..
