Friendly colleagues, good management, on time salary. The company works with the latest technology and have helped me learn new technologies too. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

I had to attend to their calls at late night. I did not get my salary of one month. When I tried to communicate to them they did not respond to my mail and call. No job security. They are not at all satisfied however hard and sincerely you work. Worst company ever. No management system.

...n this company, working environment was good and the projects were challenging. Pressure was moderate, got leave when needed and salary was always in time. I had a memorable time indeed.

unprofessional attitude from both the founder, working more than log time is a common and they expect it from you as their fundamental rights. People can't survive there for more than 1 month. If they found you that you have some plan after office, they will give you more work to do that day. They will insult you by any means, in front of other employees. A toxic work culture. They are just a dhabba in the name of the company, it's better to work in a chai shop than deltastep.

No salary slip, no work culture, no work-life balance, rough behavior for the simplest mistake, work in a room, fake attitudes from IIMs topper, very low packages, low increment (irrespective of performance), Only waste of career and time. I don't know how they are getting 4.2 stars overall, e saab doglapan hai. fake reviews they are taking.
