Actually nothing, On-time salary in cash.

Dislikes

No salary slip, no work culture, no work-life balance, rough behavior for the simplest mistake, work in a room, fake attitudes from IIMs topper, very low packages, low increment (irrespective of performance), Only waste of career and time. I don't know how they are getting 4.2 stars overall, e saab doglapan hai. fake reviews they are taking.

On-time salary is cash.

Dislikes

unprofessional attitude from both the founder, working more than log time is a common and they expect it from you as their fundamental rights. People can't survive there for more than 1 month. If they found you that you have some plan after office, they will give you more work to do that day. They will insult you by any means, in front of other employees. A toxic work culture.
