This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest Technology. I love the fact that I am part of team that markets reliable, high quality of work has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. So i am ready to rejoin to the organization.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth is high. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have worked 13 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client/user calls some times late into the night.

...nd working, there is a great demand in the market on the tools they are working. Also there is a good pay for fresher's after an year of working in delta.

There should be some events and activities for employees during Friday's from hr team

There is nothing home to write about. Initial salary was good sorry from that there is nothing

Job security is nil. Organisational activity and events are nil. Worst part is the HR. There is rarely any communication from them. They don't reply to your queries. Appraisal process is just for name sake. Hikes are way below industry standard.

Teammates are very co-operetive here.its really a good environment to work.salary is also healthy to survive.There is many things to learn by working here .

they are not focusing on employee performance if seniors are giving feedback bad they are checking the client mails and if they have gaven the employee feedback manager should check either they have sent the performance regarding mails, so please show to the employee also we got mail from client your performance is not ,without giving proof your fairing to the employee.
