Work atmosphere here at Delta is amazing, all the team mates here arr like family. There is lot to learn here while working. Management is very supportive and overall a wonderful experience working with Delta mechcons india ltd.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team.

The work pressure is very high.i have to worry work 12-14 hour's straight in a day as i have to attend client and site calls in late night ., sometimes.managers do not value an individual's.

I was done with 2.5 year with Delta family. Company is not bad, but no any job security for this company.Top management is very good and experienced staff, and 2017 -march i m left in this company till now could not received my PF-amount. Company i think cheating for all staff last two year's company not paying that... so careful

It's a new company its purley management based company. MD involving any work and direct talk labour so no job security and no respect

Delta Mechcons is also a very structured Company and I enjoyed the working with them from the post of Project Manager to the post of Vice President-Projects, responsible for execution of projects and business development department and reporting to directors and MD.
