...to school for some refresher courses and training for new technology introduced. The organisation is ready to pay for every overtime worked and holiday coverage. Although the economy is a challenge, the company tries to pay its employees handsomely despite the fact that sales and most of the companies are struggling even to pay its workers.

Dislikes

What I dislike working for delta is the amount of time I spent a work. I am the only technician in the department who does motor mechanics and auto electrics at the same time, so in terms of breakdowns I am the supervisors first priority because of the sophistication of the vehicles (Mercedes Benz) we have in the organisation. This leaves me with less time for the family. Also there is little to no chances of personal growth as the company is reducing its work force due to economic hardship.

The company company environment encourages team work and the company had excellent standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Dislikes

The company uses chain referral when it comes to employing new employees, and this promotes conflict of interest, some employees are over protected at the expense of good employees
